Product Support Specialist

Our client is currently recruiting in the Dublin area for number of full time (6-12-month period initially) Nurse Specialists* to provide their expertise and support at our clinical evaluation sites. As a Clinical Nurse specialist, you will coordinate with senior staff in the clinical environment to assist with training and application of the Product and support with the day to day management of same. This will include interpreting data trends within the application and ensuring patients NEWS scoring is escalated appropriately in line with RR

  • Personality - We require a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated respiratory nurse/technician with a can-do attitude.
  • You will be able to demonstrate appropriate clinical skills and knowledge and plan and organise a clinical case load daily. Demonstrable knowledge of a deteriorating patient pathway, including NEWS. (National Early Warning Scoring)
  • Preferable previous experience in respiratory care with post registration training
  • Experience of medical device training desirable
  • A desire to learn and develop
  • Excellent standards of care and a positive attitude to managing change and developing services.
  • Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with patient's carers and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • An up to date NMBI registration
  • Demonstrable negotiation skills and the ability to work independently and unsupervised within a multi-disciplinary team. This will include effective listening and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage without authority, time management skills and the ability to prioritise own workload and ability to work using own initiative
  • Computer literate with a critical and intelligent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
  • Flexible approach to time management, being able to plan ahead and deal with emergencies and changing priorities as they arise
  • Demonstrable experience in mentoring and motivating junior members of a team, ensuring a strong team working ethic
