Sales Specialist - Out Patients Market Division (Urinary, Stoma, Wound Management)

The focus of the Out Patient Market (OPM) Division is on meeting the needs of the patients outside the hospital setting and of long-term patients. Our customers include physicians in private practice, outpatient and inpatient care services, and pharmacies. The OPM Division focuses on five strategic treatment areas: hygiene, diabetes, incontinence, stoma and wound management. Adopting a holistic approach to consulting and care-giving, the division strives to provide patients with a combination of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare.
TERRITORY REGION: Republic of Ireland

BASED: Dublin Based

PERMANENT ROLE: 35 hour working week

REPORTING TO: Business Unit Manager OPM

PRODUCT PORTFOLIO: Wound Care, Urology, & Ostomy Care

Generate sales to achieve profitability / margins in line with quarterly and monthly sales targets.
Identify and maximise new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Monitor customer accounts within the defined territory to ensure that the sales potential is fully exploited.
Provide training on new/existing products to new and existing customers.
Build long term trusting relationships with key decision makers.
Represent the Company at trade associations meetings to promote products when required.
To follow attraction, development, and retention strategies with key and target accounts.
To maintain up to date and accurate records for the territory and supply records punctually in line with the requirements set out by management.

Skills & Experience Requirements:
A qualification to degree level.
Proven track record within a Sales Role.
Hospital, Community Care Sales Experience.
Experience in Wound care, Urology, or Ostomy sales would be advantageous.
Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
Strong administrative, time management and IT skills.
Clean full driving license.
Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
